Shipping Policy
Delivery Times & Carriers
We use third-party couriers for all deliveries and collections. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, My Signo does not accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers. No compensation will be issued for missed installations, project delays, or indirect losses due to late deliveries.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
Upon delivery, you must check and test all items before signing for them. If immediate inspection isn’t possible, please sign as “unchecked.” If packaging is damaged, sign as “damaged.”
All goods must be fully tested within 24 hours of receipt. Any issues must be reported to My Signo within this 24-hour window. Failure to comply will void any courier-related claims or replacements.
Shipping Data
To complete deliveries, we share necessary contact details (e.g., name, phone, email, address) with courier services. These are handled in accordance with GDPR compliance standards.
Return & Exchange Policy
At My Signo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 14 days of your order being shipped.

Products must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.

If you change your mind or no longer need the product, you may return it within the 14-day window, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged or Faulty Products

Inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, take clear photographs and email us within 24 hours at sales@mysigno.com.

We will organise a FREE exchange for valid claims made within 24 hours.
Important: If we are notified after 24 hours, we are unable to offer free exchanges. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Exchange Conditions

Faulty product? No problem. Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Exchanges requested after 24 hours may be subject to inspection and restocking charges.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued once your returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds exclude original shipping charges and will have a 25% restocking fee deducted if the return is not due to a confirmed fault.

CMS Licences
CMS licences are non-transferable between devices. If a device with a CMS licence fails under warranty and is replaced, the licence will be transferred to the replacement unit.
Packaging Responsibility
All returns must use original packaging, including pallets where applicable. No liability is accepted for transit damage due to improper packaging. Costs from such damages will be charged to the customer.
