Terms and Conditions for My Signo (Right IT Services Ltd)
1. Introduction By accessing this website and/or placing an order with My Signo, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. "You", "Your" refers to the Client, while "We", "Us", and "Our" refers to Right IT Services Ltd, trading as My Signo.
2. Privacy Statement We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorised employees access personal data, used solely to fulfill orders or provide service. We comply with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except couriers or legal authorities.

5. Warranty (UK Mainland)

3-Year Warranty on standard ranges, 2 years for ESL, 1 year for bespoke items.

Free lifetime technical support.

Covers hardware failure, excludes accidental damage or misuse.

Swap-out warranty on screens up to 55" and media players; on-site service for larger screens.

Packaging must meet original standards; incorrectly packaged returns are not covered.

CMS licences are non-transferable unless for valid warranty replacements.

Minimum air clearance is required for screens in windows; non-compliance voids warranty.
6. Warranty (Europe & Overseas)

Same coverage periods as UK warranty.

Client may need to perform repairs with provided parts; advanced replacements handled per agreement.

Client bears transport costs unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery and Returns

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Inspect items on delivery. Faults must be reported within 24 hours.

14-day return policy on unused standard products. Customised items are non-returnable.

A restocking fee of 25% applies for change-of-mind returns.

All returns must be authorised and returned in ‘as new’ condition.
8. Faulty Products

Must be reported within 24 hours for free replacement.

Installation failures must be reported within 5 working days.

After installation, faults must be reported within 3 working days of discovery.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect losses, including delays, loss of profits, or data. Content on the website is provided "as is", with no guarantees for accuracy or completeness.
10. Payment Terms

100% deposit for custom orders, balance on delivery.

All goods remain company property until paid in full.
11. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and designs are owned by or licensed to My Signo. Use or reproduction without consent is prohibited.
