Do you supply and install anywhere in the UK?
Yes. MySigno surveys, supplies and installs across the UK with our own installation engineers. Our showroom is in Birmingham and visits are by appointment.
Who carries out the installation?
Our own engineers. We do not hand projects to subcontractors: the same team surveys the site, manages structural requirements, runs cabling and commissions every display.
What warranty and aftercare is included?
Our displays carry a 3-year warranty with lifetime technical support. Installations include a named account contact, remote monitoring and priority on-site response.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT and are starting prices for the smallest configuration. Your final quotation reflects size, finish, mounting and installation.
How do I choose the right pixel pitch for an LED wall?
Pixel pitch should suit the closest regular viewing distance. Fine pitches such as P1.8 suit rooms where people sit or stand close; larger pitches suit bigger spaces viewed from further away. We confirm this during your consultation and survey.
Can you manage the content on our screens?
Yes. Displays can run from USB or from a cloud content management subscription, and our sister company CleverPosters can design and manage content for you.
