Marketing Suite LED Walls for Prime Residential Developments
Mazhar Elahi

A marketing suite asks a lot of its displays. Buyers are being asked to commit to homes they cannot yet walk through, often at a significant price, and the suite has to give them the confidence to do so. Renders, film, floor plans and views carry most of that weight, so the screens that present them need to be as considered as the joinery, lighting and materials around them.
This guide covers how we approach displays for prime residential marketing suites and sales galleries in the UK, whether in a standalone pavilion, a show apartment or a central London gallery.
What a marketing suite display needs to do
Most suites rely on a small number of display moments, each with a different role:
The hero wall. A large LED wall that plays the scheme film and evening renders as buyers arrive.
The plans table or touch display. An interactive screen where an agent walks a buyer through floor plans, availability and specification.
Window and street presence. A high-brightness window display that tells passers-by what is being built, often in a high-street or riverside setting.
Show apartment screens. Displays specified as a resident would use them, so the apartment feels lived in rather than staged.
We specify these as a single system, so colour, brightness and content feel consistent from the street to the show apartment.
The hero LED wall
A fine-pitch LED wall is the natural choice for the main film. It can be sized to the architecture, has no bezels to interrupt a render, and holds colour well across a wide viewing angle, which matters when a buyer and their family are standing around a model rather than in front of the screen.
For content, a 16:9 landscape proportion keeps things simple: architectural film and CGI render studios produce standard formats, and a wall at that ratio plays them edge to edge. A wall around 3.5 metres wide by roughly two metres high suits many suites; larger galleries may go further.
Pixel pitch should follow the closest regular viewing position. In most suites buyers stand within a few metres of the wall, so a fine pitch such as P1.8 is common. Our P 1.8 Indoor Direct View LED is from £2,925 ex VAT, and the Fine Pitch LED Presentation Video wall is from £25,600 ex VAT. Browse the full range in our LED Video Walls collection.
Interactive plans and specification
An interactive display gives an agent a confident way to move between plans, views, availability and finishes without paper. It also lets a buyer explore at their own pace while the agent is with another client.
Our Interactive Displays collection covers wall-mounted, freestanding and kiosk formats. A Freestanding PCAP Touch Screen Poster, from £2,385 ex VAT, works well beside a model, while a large touch display suits a seated plans table or meeting room.
The software running on these screens is usually supplied by your CGI or marketing agency. We work with them early so the display, resolution and touch behaviour suit their application.
Window displays and street presence
Many prime schemes are sold from a gallery on a busy street before the building is complete. A high-brightness window display lets that gallery present renders and film to passers-by in full daylight, then soften in the evening.
Brightness is the key specification. Standard indoor screens wash out behind glass in sunlight, so we specify window-rated displays such as the Ultra High Brightness Window Display, rated at 3,500 cd/m² and from £1,725 ex VAT. For larger frontages, an all-in-one DV-LED window display may be more appropriate. See the options in our Window Displays collection.
Transparent LED and totems
Where a suite is designed around views, models or materials, a solid screen can feel heavy. Transparent DV-LED and freestanding totems present film and imagery while keeping sightlines open. Our Transparent LED & Totems collection includes the Indoor Transparent DV-LED Freestanding Totems, from £9,950 ex VAT.
Programme, temporary works and reuse
Marketing suites run to tight programmes, and they are often temporary. That shapes the specification in several ways:
Timing. We plan survey, delivery and installation around the fit-out programme so the suite is ready for launch.
Structure. In pavilions and temporary buildings, we confirm what walls and floors can carry before specifying a wall or totem.
Reuse. LED walls are modular. When a suite closes, displays can often be reconfigured for the next scheme, the completed building's lobby or a residents' lounge.
Content changes. As phases sell, availability and messaging change. A cloud content management system lets your sales team update content without a site visit.
Show apartments
Screens in a show apartment should feel like part of the home. That usually means discreet, well-proportioned displays, carefully routed cabling and joinery-grade finishing, specified with the interior designer. Our approach to private homes is set out on our private residences page, and the same care applies in a show apartment.
Aftercare during the sales period
A display fault on a launch weekend is costly. Our installations include a three-year warranty, lifetime technical support, a named account contact, remote monitoring and priority on-site response. Our own engineers install and maintain every display, so the people who built the suite are the people who look after it.
You can read more about how we work with developers and agents on our developers and real estate page.
Starting a project
The earlier we are involved, the more naturally the displays sit within the suite design. A typical project runs from consultation and site survey to a written specification, installation, commissioning and aftercare.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best display for a marketing suite hero wall?
A fine-pitch direct-view LED wall is usually the strongest choice: it can be sized to the space, has no bezels and holds colour across wide viewing angles. We confirm pitch and size during the survey.
Can displays be reused after the marketing suite closes?
Often, yes. LED walls are modular and can be reconfigured, and many displays can move to the completed building or the developer's next scheme.
Will a normal screen work in a sales gallery window?
Standard indoor screens tend to wash out behind glass in daylight. A window-rated high-brightness display is the better specification for street-facing glazing.
Do you work with our CGI and marketing agencies?
Yes. We coordinate with them early so resolution, formats and interactive software suit the displays we specify.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. Prices are shown from, excluding VAT, and every project receives a written quotation.
